You save the resulting instructions yourself—in a fresh chat or an available project or assistant setup. The file does not automatically create a Project, GPT, Gem, or native skill.
Start with sanitized descriptions and fictional examples. Keep confidential employer, client, personal, and regulated information out of the conversation. Review every output: a first instruction set is not a proven workflow.
